The starting topic of conversation should be the Boomerang video you will both have watched (one or more times). What aspects of Boomerang seem relatable to you? How has the experience of temporal delay (such as we find in Boomerang) been normalized in our online world? How are relations that are spent increasingly online (lockdown) changing exponentially because of the pandemic, and the isolation it imposes? You can talk about your respective situations over the past year of the emergency, your relationship with ZOOM learning and socializing, and how your own conversation style has changed because of it.
